Title: Grafted Japanese White Pine
Post by: BonsaiEngineer1493 on January 15, 2013, 12:52 PM
Hey forum,

I'm trying to find more nurseries that would carry grafted jwp, but I had no luck. I'm not sure if I can purchase online from NEBonsai because the nursery is not open to the public this month. I tried calling and emailing them, but I got no reply. I spoke to lotusbonsai, but they only have one grafted jwp that is $450. I did not like the tree and $450 is a lot (for me) for a first jwp project. Do you guys know anymore places I can contact?

Evergreen Garden Works - Brent Walston

http://evergreengardenworks.com/ (http://evergreengardenworks.com/)

has 2nd or 3rd year grafts of a number of cultivars. For many cultivars, get on his waiting lists. He does use the lists and it is a sure way to get a specific cultivar. Email him if you are looking for older, more developed material of the varieties he lists.
