Looks healthy enough, maybe a little yellow? Grafted? Named cultivar? How's the soil? Water? Have you been fertilizing? What type? How much? Do you have experience repotting? Might I suggest

It looks like there are still quite a bit of older needles on the tree (particularly the branch intersection in picture two). Perfectly normal for them to brown and fall, if they weren't removed by cutting (don't pull or pluck) earlier in the year.
Yes it is grafted to JBP rootstock I believe, don't know about a cultivar, the soil WAS good when it was potted who knows how long ago, I was told not to water it to much, and it rains here frequently, so i didn't have to do to much as far as watering. I have fertilized everything with a 10-15-10 schultz liquid every 10-14 days until mid August, and then again this weekend. The rain makes it tough to keep a good schedule. No repotting experience like this, but there is a fairly advanced grower in the area.
