Thank You Lindsay for posting this video it is as informative as all of your videos.
It is great to to have people that have been around Bonsai for so long to give us a peek into there knowledge of doing Bonsai.

Hi Lindsay,

Thanks for sharing. I live in the Philippines and I am trying to grow Japanese Black Pines. Mine are about three years old and I am beginning to shape them. It seems they grow well in Hawaii as shown in your video. Now I am truly encouraged that they may thrive here too.
