Hi Don - Congratulations on an absolutley stunning base.

I have a couple of large Willow Leaf figs, but all of mine have developed "shoulders" at the edge of the root system, whereas yours are flared perfectly.

How did you manage to get this gradual flare with this species?
Did you use a root gradting technique like I saw in another thread here recently?

Any chance we'll see this tree on display any time soon at the Mid-America Show? (hint, hint.)
