A little over a month later, his an update.  The apex is starting to fill in nicely and the tree is back-budding all over.  I've been fertilizing pretty aggressively and pinching back here and there.

Here's some foggy (thanks to the heat and humidity) photos after some fresh lime sulfur and water.

Say goodbye to the Buttonwood.  I took this one up to the Cinci White Elephant Sale last night.  It went to another member of their Advanced Study Group, so I'm sure it's in good hands.

Here's the last picture before it sold, taken just after study group last weekend.
