I thought I'd share this one this morning. It's come a ways this summer but still has some filling out to do and then detail work. Any comments are welcomed.

Andy, Rotate the tree about 2-3 degrees down on the right side. Then lift the right side branch up slightly. Just seems to look better to my eye. Your tree is wonderful. Jerry

I made a few small adjustments as per Jerry's suggestion. I think it looks better now. The triangle silhouette of the apex will be more rounded as the tree matures.
The second picture is of the tree as it looked in March. Notice the large root above the ground on the right side. I have removed it at ground level and the large aerial part is now putting out new rootlets. The green pot is to shade these roots and keep humidity up until they reach the soil.

I like the new pot. Shallow and wide really sets off the massive trunk. The foliage pads appear to be developing nicely as well. It must be a back breaker to move though!

Very nice Banyon style tree. New pot fits well Color gives feeling of water and cool ocean breezes. I would suggest continue to work for low back-branching and some small subranching on front going down for 3 dimension look.My one banyon looks flat and1-2 dimension like a photo from a distance. Just a thought
