Well, just realized I never posted any results.  Here is a shot from the spring after the chopping process.  Since then it has been left to grow.

Nothing to see really. It's been fed aggressively and left to grow unrestricted.  I'll prune after the growing season mostly so i can fit it into storage.  In the spring it is due for a repot, and some branch selection.
