Got this tree from a friend, is about 8" tall, it is shown here in a generic "Tokoname" production pot that I got from the Monks 6-7 years ago, I am working to get the branches to balance more closely with the trunk, I expect to use this as the second tree ina medium sized primary tree display. Will transplant this tree this weekend and put a shot of the tree in its show pot. I believe that this tree has a twin that resides in Massachusetts.

Hi all, first post here, and thought I'd offer a shot of my ume because it captures the season.  It's just entering its third year of training.  Full bloom now, but needs a few years to really develop the ramification.  21" tall in a cheap (but I like it!) 13.5" Touyou pot.

Regards,

Ok, a better cell phone picture after repotting and mossing. The tree is now in a white crackle pot made by Koyo (Kouyou in some places). The tree absolutely fills the pot.
