I posted a pic of a japanes maple Forest I have had for about seven years. It hae gotten somewhat overgrown and I thought rathrer than moss as an accent plant, I would use drawf mondo grass from my front yard. Suggestions included varying the height of the trees and possibly adding a single taller tree to give more appeal. I cleaned out all the mondo grass and really reduced some of the trees to create better balance. Which do you like best?

I like this group.  I do think that a little more foliage in the front would improve the image.  As of right now it seems a little too bare to me.
