« on: November 08, 2011, 03:02 PM »
the owner bought this tree after it was placed on the rock 3 years ago.  we bare root and then tied it tightly to the rock repot and and let it grow in the training box.  it is time to take the leaves off and cut back.

Boon,

Is this the same tree (Sankokaku)?

Great growth from the large pot and good soil!

Boon, was it hard to air layer the coral bark maple?  Did it take any extra time compared to a JM?
