Title: Exposed roots...

How would I go about doin this?  I have a young JBP that I'm doing a cascade with and I would like to exposed the roots of. What are the step do this? Thanks

Thanks. So u just put the roots in a bottle (soda bottle?) with river rock? I'm guessing u cut the bottom off of the bottle right to let the roots still grow in the soil?? Oh and why did u have it potted in 2 pots? What's the purpose For that?
