Looks like it has a good future  ;D.  Top back branch may be a bit strong.  Thanks for showing the progression.

You are right, top back branch is too strong at present.  Finished tree won't be much taller than present. With more growth may be able to replace branch with another.

Josh, just realized who you were  ;D.  Would love to see the Japanese Maple and especially Trident Maple updates.
