One root, the one that is highest and crosses over looks out of place and adds nothing at all to tree.  I would remove it.  Might be another as well.  Also possibly consider raising farther out of soil if roots would provide good base and leaning more over side of pot ;).

Thanks for the input.  I've considered hollowing out part of the high-arching root and that may happen.  The angle in the photo is not the final one; keeping the low branches strong.  About a 20 degree down-tilt will drop the canopy a great deal down.  Cut many of the branches way back to good points last week and will post a photo soon.  The eventual design will be more open and with smaller pads.  Container will be smaller too one day.
