Peter Tea workshop

We had a great time with Peter Tea this past weekend.  He's incredibly talented, a great teacher, and an all around great guy.

So were you part of the last Peter Tea workshop for the next 3-5 years?

Thanks for having me again John.  I had a great time in Louisville.  Thanks for everything!

In many ways, I wish I wasn't going to be gone for so long.  There are so many good people here that I love working with.  Hopefully I'll learn something useful in Japan and fill everyone in when I get back.  :P

As for Dr. Kirby...   LOL ::)
I'll be leaving on the second week of March.  I should be back in June.  First run is going to be three months while I set up the one year visa.

I see Peter is showing off the new Kawabi book!  Excellent.  We visited him in November.  Trying to find an English interpreter for it.  My friend, Jun Inabayashi, helped with getting it published.  His carving / sandblasting is fantastic!

John,

The Kawabe book looked great.  Peter mentioned and English language version coming soon.  I can't wait!

Well..... not soon.  Until a translator can be secured.  They don't have anyone yet.
But I'm hoping sooner than later.
