Two weeks to Daylight Savings
« on: February 25, 2012, 04:42 PM »
So, we are 2 weeks from moving the old clock forward. For me it is the time to think about spring.
Well, wouldn't you know it, Mother Nature still wants to throw us a curve. It started yesterday and it's still going, yup, the white stuff. At the moment we have 12 inches plus in the yard, the hill has more. Now don't get me wrong, I'm happy. We finally have some snow to ski. But I was getting use to this winter without snow.

How is the early spring weather for the rest of you?

Hey when you get two plows in one day (maybe I'll get a third) you get a little nuts! and yes, I've been out playing in the stuff.

No snow in STL. Friday it was 70 degrees, yesterday low 40's today mid-40s.

The first & second are two different species of quince and third is Acer palmatum 'Koto maru'. They were taken this morning after I watered.
