Some JBP.  The bark on all 3 were excellent.  These pictures don't really do them justice.  I'm not sure the size is adequately shown either.

I can't say I did much other than take the pics and load 'em here so your praise (for me) is a little unfounded.  I enjoyed the trip so I thought I'd share.

I notice that I must be drawn more towards his pines and junipers, but they have a much broader variety than I've shown.  When I get back up there I'll try to show the broader range.

I'm surprised some of our members (whose trees are shown) haven't piped up.  I recognized a few folks but they were gone before I had a chance to speak.

Wayne - I took six trees. The large Satzuki Azaleas won " The Bonsai Invitational"  Award of Merit and my Japanese Beech Forest won the "Bonsai Invitational" Attaboy Award. Lots of very high quality under very HOT conditions.
