Training this Small Leaved Privet into a broom style ,What do you guys think?

I really like the trunks, I like how you carved the larger, dead trunk.

I would have liked to see the branching for the foliage start a little lower on the living trunk, so that 1/3 of the trunk is bare, the middle 1/3 you see the heavy main secondary branches, and the final 1/3 is the tertiary branching with all the foliage. But that is an idealized "standard", and might not fit easily into the "story" of your tree loosing its main trunk. You could allow the tree to grow taller, exposing more of the lower secondary branches if you like.

But all in all not bad, a nice tree.
