Chris, hope you didn't mind my picture.  It's somewhat related, moreso to spring than summer though.

I really like the image you posted.  It took a few looks to realize what was done, but even so it was very well done.  Aptly titled too.

I really like the image you posted.  It took a few looks to realize what was done, but even so it was very well done.  Aptly titled too.

It was so striking, with the sun coming from behind and casting the other tree's shadow. I thought of "Dreaming of Spring" but liked Boon's "Dreaming of Summer" much better. The tree on the other side of the screen is a cork oak.

Currently 35Deg C at home now, Hasn't quite got to the 40 they said it was going to get to  ;D

78 degrees tomorrow, then in the 30's this weekend. Geez!!!!!!! Texas weather!

 :'( Been raining here in the Sierra foothill like cats and dogs,  11" in the past three days.  I will welcome spring so I can do some more bonsai work.  Than I will  :)
