Thanks all.

I really hope it will flower but then it never has so am not holding my breath on this either.  But if it does, I promise, I will be posting.

I actually re-potted 2 coral trees of my dad over the weekend.  He has been very busy of late and also not well so I took them to tidy them up for him.

It is not the right season to do it but luckily our winters are not too bad so if I keep them indoors overnight and in the sun during the day, they should be fine.

Hi Herman

Both are the normal coral tree.  They have just been neglected for a while and the growth has been very erratic on both.

But yes they are very nice specimens.

Just another update on the Coral tree.

The leaves are coming out nicely and I did some minor cuts on the most upper tips to try and level off the canopy.  We have to present our bonsai at our next meeting to see which ones can be used for a show in October so I am hoping to get this one in.

I have been keeping some moss in a tray for this bonsai so I planted it over as it will give it time to settle nicely over the coming weeks.

We are in the middle of a heat wave and it is only the 2nd month of spring.  Temps are already at 35 celcius and there has hardly been any rain to speak of.

In saying that, the coral tree is loving this heat and striving
