Centipedes Good or Bad?
« on: August 08, 2013, 04:47 AM »
Morning Folks,
So I had one centipede, then hundreds, last year they stopped my fly problem indoors (ficus), and anything outdoors that has one in the soil hasn't had an infestation of any kind. I'm convinced they are helping, and will likely introduce them to all my Elms, in hopes they will eat any elm leaf Beatles larvae. I am pleading with mother nature to keep my trees safe, as I never want to spray.

Anyone have any thoughts or experience with these little carnivores?

And the big question, does anyone know how they effect soil ph?
