I just got my corex 8" shears today, and used them for a couple hours.  I'm very pleased.  My old shears didn't meet well at the tip, and when tipping my kingsville boxwood, it was starting to chew instead of cut.  These actually not only meet at the tip, but actually almost go beyond the end.  If that makes sense.
These are the ones I bought.

Thanks Judy,

They seem very reasonably priced, was wondering if anyone has heard of any german manufactured bonsai tools?

Being a carpenter I use many japanese hand tools because of their high quality also german made tools are some or the best available.

Thanks again,
 Jason
