White Chojubai Progression
« on: June 14, 2014, 06:56 AM »
Morning All,

Will spend a great weekend with Michael Hagedorn and the St. Louis Study Group. Thought I post the progression of a white chojubai he has just started helping me with. The first picture was taken June 8th, 2013. I had recently purchased the tree and we severely pruned it back to a stump and repotted it into a grow box measuring 14" X 17" X 3". It was potted in clay king. The second picture was taken on 8/25/2013 and the final picture was taken this morning. The tree has been well fertilized and allowed to run. Michael will see it again this weekend for the first time since last june. Have a great weekend. JRob

This is a very good start. Any idea what the base looks like?
