Lurker challenge, root on rock
« on: June 21, 2014, 09:36 AM »
Here is my lurker challenge piece.  It's a twin trunk root over rock that I purchased last year from my local bonsai nursery.  I am hoping to get some wiring done on it by the end of the month.

Hi Larry,

You may want to separate the trunks more.

I'm actually considering removing the smaller tree. It has no taper what so ever.
The roots are buried right now.  I'll try to get a shot of them this week though.
Thanks guys.
Larry

Here's a shot of the roots. It's not great.
