I overlooked that feature of the Mirai site - thanks.

And thanks for answering my question. I didn't mean to be impertinent, but you could have seen it that way.

Jason,

That's an absolutely fabulous tree!  I applaud your decision to have someone like Ryan do the initial styling. Truly great material is rare. A tree like that will be a legacy for future generations!

Congratulations on all accounts!

Are you keeping this at Mirai, or did you bring it home?  The reason I ask is I have a couple trees I keep at Boon's. People think I'm crazy since I only get to see them a couple times a year. But I work on them at the Intensives, and I know they get great care.

Seeing the images of the tree before the styling is really helpful. Thanks for posting them!

What was the time frame between the first picture and the last with the "finished" tree?
Absolutely stunning by the way.

3 or 4 hrs. from first to last pic.

Tree is doing well. getting to the stage where the ramification will really start building fast.

Man,  I have to follow a formation at Mirai...
I just asked to put my name on the waiting list for 2016.
Thanks,

;DWhat a GREAT tree!  What a trunk to start with.  Just visited Mirai for the second time with some club members last saturday and there's SOOOO much to see and sorry to say I didn't notice this tree that I can remember.  Wish I'd known it was there.  Maybe I'll see it in the background of a pic.  Many congratulations on this find. 8)
