Can Anyone Identify these Marks
«

Good Morning All,
I bought this pot three years ago when I first became involved in bonsai because I loved it but have been unable to identify the potter. Can anyone help me out?
Thanks,
JRob

Perhaps the anchor is an homage? Anchor pottery made porcelain in the late 19th and early 20th century, in Trenton NJ, may be a lead, the stamp isn't in my database, and I've never seen it.

Odd place to put the mark.
The pot does not look old.
